Ms. Jennifer L. Westrick, a former officer in the Army National Guard, graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. Ms. Westrick's private practice focuses on criminal law, adoptions, estate planning and real estate. Ms. Westrick also serves as Solicitor for Indiana County Children and Youth Services as well as the Indiana County Tourist Bureau. She and her family reside in Indiana County.
Mr. Robert F. Manzi, Jr. graduated from the Widener University School of Law-Wilmington in 2007. At Widener, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, served as a Constitutional Law Fellow and received the Public Interest Recognition Award. Mr. Manzi served as an assistant district attorney for five years, focusing on complex financial fraud litigation. During that time, Mr. Manzi completed advanced trial advocacy courses through the National District Attorney’s Association, Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association and the Pennsylvania State Police. At Holsinger, Clark & Armstrong P.C. Mr.Manzi’s practice focuses on litigation, both civil and criminal defense, corporate and business law, estate planning and oil, gas and mineral law. He is member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana County YMCA and is an avid runner.
Mr. Samuel Clark graduated from Widener School of Law - Harrisburg in 1998. At Widener he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and participated in the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic as a certified legal intern. Mr. Clark's practice focuses on real estate, oil, gas, and mineral law, estates and environmental law. He is the former Southwest Regional Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He has represented clients throughout Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Indiana County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Sam has been recognized in Philadelphia Magazine’s “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars Edition” as being among the top 2.5% of young lawyers in Pennsylvania.
